Do I have to be home while my home is being cleaned?


Not at all! Most of our clients prefer for us to clean while they are at work or running errands.




How will you gain access to my home?


There are several ways::

  1. If you live in a building with a concierge, you may leave a key for us to sign out each time.
  2. You may also leave the key in a secure area for us to pick up each time or even with a neighbor.
  3. You may also be home when we arrive and we can lock up the bottom lock, for example when we leave.
  4. You can have a key made for us that we can use for each visit. This key will be kept in a secure lock box by Mikhail Whitworth when not in use.
Please provide as much detail as possible when making your appointment, such as correct parking spaces, proper entryways, and alarm/garage codes where applicable.




What are my payment options?


You may pay by check, credit/debit card (via PayPal) or by cash. Please leave payments on your kitchen counter. If you are paying by credit/debit card, you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay after your services are completed. Please make us aware of your choice beforehand. Payment is due at time of service. If paying via PayPal, payment must be made within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.




How many people will be cleaning my home?


We are solo cleaners. Typically on house or larger jobs we send two Rainbows. As a small company we strive to have the same people every time.




Will I have the same people each time?


Yes! We are a small but growing cleaning company. Not a large franchised service. You will have the same cleaner each and every time unless she is out due to sickness or vacation. By sending the same person we can make sure we keep doing what you like so that you keep calling us back. If you would like to make any changes, however, please let us know.




Do I need to provide my own products?


No, you do not need to provide your own products. If you prefer a particular cleaning product or is you would like for use to use your own vacuum please just leave them out for us to utilize.




Do I need to sign a contract?


No! You never have to sign a contract for residential cleaning services. We believe in earning your business each and every time!




What if I need to reschedule an appointment?


We understand that things do come up. Please be sure to call, email, or text at least 48 hours in advance. We also understand this is not always possible. So please let us know as soon as you can.




Can I arrange a set schedule and time?


Yes! This is our preferred choice. Some of our clients do call us as needed. This is perfectly fine! Because we clean all over Atlanta, we love set schedules as it allows us to make sure we have your cleaners available for you. Some of our clients choose certain schedules such as: Every other week, last Monday of every month, 10th of every month, and every Tuesday, for example. We can create on that works best for you!




What time will our maid arrive?


We work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you need to have a set time, we ask that you make it for first thing in the morning, no later than 9pm. This way we can ensure that we are on time. This slot also works best for first time customers that would like to meet us first. Our client before you, as well as Atlanta traffic and construction, will impact the time we arrive at later appointments. Every effort is made to keep our appointment times. Most of our clients schedule for the day and we arrive before they get home from work. If you have a critical appointment time, please make us aware of this beforehand.




Are your cleaners bonded and checked for a criminal history?


Yes! We are very careful with your belongings but accidents do happen. For your peace of mind, know that our cleaners are bonded to protect against loss and or breakage. Further, you can trust our cleaners as each has passed an annual criminal background check.

Payments Accepted

For residential customers, we accept cash, check and online payments all from major credit cards via PAYPAL. Ask for details.

For commercial customers, we accept check payments or online credit card payments.

Discounts

Discounts are given on services for recurring cleanings. If you'd like to schedule recurring cleanings, contact us for more information!
